Are V or U shaped grooves better on golf wedges?

The "u " shaped grooves give the ball more action when hit properly. for the average golfer( 15 plus handicap ) he wouldn't know the difference. But he will buy the product thinking that this is the " magical club."
U groves spin the ball more and will be banned from usga play in 2010….takes a lot of the challenge out of the chip…..
U spin more i guess i think its crap why make the game harder its lame.
