When it comes to fruits and vegetables, the products are very easy to recognize by their look: there will be no flawless apples or strawberries, but various fruit sizes, some flawed, others intact. Although it is more difficult to tell the difference for meat, go shopping in markets and supermarkets and you’ll find what you need!
