Titleist Custom Golf Hat?

Hello, I am looking to make custom golf hats for my high school golf team that are Titleist. I am thinking of the typical Titleist hats like they make for different colleges or sports team. The basic Titleist logo on the front of the hat, and the team logo on the side of the hat. is there a way to order this online somewhere and send in a picture of the logo or is there a number where I can call to place an order like this. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks
