Also, people should try as much as they can to take in at least 10 ounces of water at least eight times daily. Many people have a problem drinking just plain water so, if that is the case, juice it up a little by squeezing in some lemon or lime or other citrus flavor. Water is excellent at helping our bodies eliminate toxins and can help us lose weight more easily.
We also need to make sure that we are doing the things necessary to get rid of excess amounts of stress because that stress causes our bodies to release a hormone that is ultimately not good for us and can make us gain weight. Lastly, once the weight has been lost, you need to practice counting calories. Try to aim for taking in calories necessary only for support of ideal weight. You can determine that figure by multiplying 12 by your ideal weight.
