Why do all my golf drives go to the left?

I currently have a ram square headed driver, and whenever I drive a ball with it, it always go to very far to the left. Please can you tell me some ideas on how to keep the ball going straight?
You might be aiming to far right and pulling it left or simply failing to transfer your weight enough on the through swing
maybe your club is tilted abit that way when you hit it ?
