Would you rather have Top Flite HCT Tour or PowerBilt PB100 Golf Clubs?

Looking for a starter set of clubs that are reasonably priced.
nether, im fine with my callaways…
but a good begginer would be the top flite clubs…
The Powerbilt one looks better from my research.
But if you buy it, you will also need to buy at least one wedge, a sand wedge.
For a beginner top Flites are just fine , Good Luck !
